East Africa Com sees tech movers and shakers converge

More and more Africans are getting connected online, and nearly half a billion Africans are expected to be online by 2020. Right now, just 29% of Africans have regular, affordable internet access, and that’s very low compared to the global average of 46%. The East Africa Com tech conference started in Nairobi this week. My colleague, Uche Okoronkwo was there to find out just how far Africa’s digital revolution has come.
