**Angola businesswoman and Africa’s richest woman, Isabel dos Santos has been named a formal suspect in a widening graft investigation. The probe focuses on mismanagement and the siphoning of millions of dollars during dos Santos’ time with Angola’s state-run oil company.
**The United Nations Security Council on Tuesday urged Libya’s warring parties to quickly conclude a cease-fire agreement. The new arrangement also compels the warring parties to commit to an arms embargo and to agree to no further violations of international humanitarian law or human rights law.
**U.S. President Donald Trump says the U.S. would soon be imposing visa restrictions on more countries — though it’s not clear yet how many nations will be affected.
