– South Africa’s hobbled state airline is planning to cancel hundreds of flights scheduled on Friday because of an anticipated strike by employees.

– The United States says it is ‘reevaluating’ its relationship with South Sudan. The Trump Administration has expressed concern over South Sudan’s failure to form a unity government by November 12.

– Seven brands of Kenyan peanut butter have been banned in Rwanda, and suspended in Uganda amid fears the products contain high concentrations of aflatoxin. Aflatoxin is a poisonous cancer-causing contaminant.
