Medics battling a plague outbreak in Madagascar say they’re winning — but it’s not over yet. They warned there could be more cases on the island in coming months. And they need more international support. More than one-hundred and 40-people have died in recent weeks and close to two-thousand are infected. It’s the worst outbreak in decades.
