South Sudanese gov’t being urged to ensure children complete their education

According to Human Rights Watch, more than 40% of South Sudanese children leave school early because they get married before they turn 18. The country also has the world’s lowest number of children enrolling into secondary schools. Non-governmental organizations in the country are urging the government to do more to ensure children finish their education. Here’s CGTN’s Patrick Oyet with more
