Hungary blocks opening talks for post-Cotonou agreement
Hungary has blocked the opening negotiations between the European Union, Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific countries to replace the Cotonou agreement. That accord underpins EU support for the ACP region on matters of development cooperation, economic and trade relations and political engagement.
